What to send in your first email

To get a fast, accurate quote, please include:

1. CAD file — STEP, IGES or SolidWorks (preferred). STL for 3D printing reference only.
2. 2D drawing (PDF) — if you have GD&T, tight tolerances or critical-to-function features.
3. Quantity — prototype, small batch or production.
4. Material — if specified.
5. Finish — if specified (otherwise we will recommend).
6. Lead time — if you have a target.
7. Brief description — what the part is, what industry, what it needs to do.

Working hours

• UK time coverage: 09:00–18:00 GMT (17:00–02:00 CST).
• Response SLA: every enquiry is acknowledged within 24 hours on working days.

Office hours & language

• English and Mandarin as standard. German and French on request for selected projects.
• Active project updates: weekly by email for production; daily for time-critical prototypes.

Visiting the factory

Factory visits are welcome for active customers and prospective customers with serious volumes. We can arrange local hotel pickup and a guided tour of the relevant workshop. Email us to schedule.
